The DPI Educator Effectiveness Team implements and improves the Wisconsin Educator Effectiveness System to ensure that educators receive quality data to identify and inform individual areas of: 1) strength; 2) needed improvement; and 3) ongoing support for professional growth.

September 15, 2014 - SLO Toolkit now updated with Online Training Module
The SLO Toolkit has updated resources for 2014-15 that includes a viewable online training module that walks users step-by-step through the creation of their own SLOs as part of their EEP process.
District EE Coordinators or district designated UMS & EAM users can register for free webinars throughout the month of September that will provide information about using those Teachscape licensing tools.
August 29, 2014 - Teachscape Email Communication today regarding change to their process for Reflect Evaluation Plan Assignment
District EE Coordinators and Reflect Evaluation Assignment Managers should be on the lookout for an email from Teachscape. This email provides detailed info about a 2 hour lag time after assigning Reflect Evaluation Plans starting on Sept. 5th. Please work with district IT staff to ensure that emails from "@teachscape.com" are whitelisted and do not get caught in spam filters.
August 25, 2014 - Reflect Evaluation Plan Assignment Required
Teachscape sent a notification email to EE Coordinators last week with resources/instructions to assign the Evaluation Plan (workflow) to all users. EE Coordinators must complete this step in order for all users to see & enter data into the 2014-15 evaluation events within Teachscape Reflect.

July 3, 2014 - Guidance for Unique Roles and Contexts Toolkit
Provides guidance to WI educators serving in unique roles and contexts that are mandated for evaluation using the EE system (see flowchart). It is not appropriate to impose the EE System (as designed) on educators that do not fit the definition of teacher (i.e. School Psychologists, School Counselors, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech/Language Pathologists, and School Nurses).
